Charlene Thompson is an Assistant Professor at the University of Saskatchewan’s College of Nursing, joining in June 2023. She holds a PhD (2021) and MPH (2016) from the University of Saskatchewan School of Public Health, and a BSN (2001) from the Nursing Education Program of Saskatchewan. With 20 years of public health nursing experience, her work spans health equity, child health clinics, maternal-child health, and sexual/street health. She has served as a practicing nurse, clinician, and supervisor.
