Charlene Lobo

Prof. Charlene Lobo is a Professor at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), leading the Physics discipline within the School of Mathematical and Physical Sciences. She holds a 20-year research career in semiconductor nanofabrication, quantum materials, and photonics. Her key contributions include pioneering quantum dot architectures for single-photon emitting diodes, co-founding Nature Materials, and advancing electron/plasma beam technologies for nanostructure fabrication.
