Dr. Chao Zhang is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Chemistry and Physics and a Research Officer at the Central Analytical Research Facility (CARF) at Queensland University of Technology. He holds a Bachelor's in Optoelectronics, a Master's in Applied Physics, and a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Tsukuba. His research focuses on nanoscale material properties using in situ TEM, with applications in energy materials (e.g., photodetectors, solar cells, batteries) and optoelectronics.
