Chang-Jin Kim

Chang-Jin 'CJ' Kim is a Distinguished Professor in the Departments of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and Bioengineering at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Holding the Volgenau Chair in Engineering, he leads the Micro and Nano Manufacturing Laboratory, focusing on advanced microdevice technologies and surface-tension-based actuation systems. His research spans MEMS, nanotechnology, and fluid dynamics, with applications in biomedical engineering and aerospace systems.
