Chad P. Hall

Chad P. Hall is an Assistant Professor in Visual Communication Design at the University of Washington's School of Art + Art History + Design, and Senior Design Director at Artefact. His expertise spans data visualization, information design, and systems thinking. He holds a Master of Design (2016) and Bachelor of Arts in Communication (2010) from the University of Washington and Pacific Lutheran University respectively, with additional training in business leadership from Yale School of Management.

• Research Focus: Transforming complex data into actionable insights through visualization and systemic frameworks.
• Clients: Collaborated with organizations like Gates Foundation, Google, Meta, and Samsung.

Teaching: Leads courses in visual systems, interface design, and information visualization at UW. Former roles include Affiliate Instructor in Human Centered Design & Engineering and Part-Time Lecturer.
