Dr. Ceren Kasim is a postdoctoral research and teaching fellow at the University of Hildesheim's Institute for Social and Organizational Pedagogy. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Göttingen, an M.A. from Humboldt University of Berlin, and a B.A. in Law from Ankara University, alongside being a qualified attorney-at-law.
Her research focuses on legal theory, international law, human rights, labor law, and anti-discrimination law, with notable publications on human rights in the workplace, discrimination protection, remote work, and gender-based violence. She has received significant grants from the Hans Böckler Foundation, Turkish Young Talented Researchers Program, DAAD, and ISLSSL.
