Celia Theodoreli Riga is an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at the Department of Surgery & Cancer, Faculty of Medicine, Imperial College London. She is a Consultant Vascular Surgeon practicing at St Mary's & Charing Cross Hospitals (Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust), The Lindo Wing, The Harley Street Clinic, and The Wellington Hospital. Her clinical and academic work spans vascular surgery, endovascular robotics, and surgical education.

- Doctorate in Medicine: Imperial College London (supervised by Lord Darzi and Professor Cheshire)
- Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (2005)
- NIHR Academic Clinical Fellow (2009)
- Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (2014)
Her research focuses on innovative techniques for arterial/venous disease treatment, medical technology translation, and endovascular robotics. She leads translational endovascular robotic research at Imperial, including the world's first robot-assisted endovascular aneurysm repair (2008) and has over 150 clinical cases of robot-assisted vascular interventions. Her work involves collaboration with the Hamlyn Centre and funding exceeding £10 million, including EPSRC support.

Miss Riga holds leadership roles in surgical education, including Head of School of Surgery (HEE) and Chair of Surgical Training Committee. She contributes to Royal College of Surgeons Fellowship Examination, Imperial College School of Medicine Admissions Panel, and national surgical selection processes.
