Celia Moore is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Imperial College Business School, directing the Centre for Responsible Leadership. She previously held roles at Bocconi University and London Business School. Her research focuses on leadership ethics, moral agency, and organizational corruption. Moore holds a PhD from the University of Toronto, an MPA from Columbia University, and a BA in Philosophy from McGill University.
Her work explores how organizations inadvertently enable unethical behavior and how individuals resist such outcomes.
