Cecily Broomfield is a Researcher in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Colorado State University. She serves as lab manager for the histology lab within the Orthopaedic Bioengineering Research Lab (OBRL), teaching undergraduate and graduate students, postdocs, and others in paraffin and plastic histology techniques. She manages research projects funded by industry sponsors, government grants, and internal student initiatives.
Education: B.S. in Microbiology (2000, California Polytechnic State University); M.S. in Integrated Resource Management (2006, Colorado State University), with thesis titled “Converting a grass-based dairy farm from standard to organic production.”
