Cecelia Wigal

Professor Cecelia Wigal serves as an Associate Dean in the College of Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Her academic contributions focus on complex system analysis, quality process analysis in service systems, and engineering education reform to address evolving student needs. She has pioneered initiatives to improve the lives of individuals with physical and mental disabilities through student-led design projects.
