Cato Bjørkli is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Oslo, affiliated with the Faculty of Social Sciences. His research focuses on the intersection of human factors, organizational psychology, and artificial intelligence. He holds a Cand.psychol (2003) and PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology (2006) from NTNU. His academic roles include supervising students at all levels and contributing to national/international research projects.
Research interests include sustainable AI use, organizational development, human-technology interaction (HTO systems), and positive psychology in work contexts. He has led projects like Privacy preserving Transactive Energy Management (PriTEM) and serves on UiO's INTED leadership team.
