Randi Hovden Borge is a PhD Research Fellow at the National Institute of Occupational Health (STAMI) in Norway. Her research focuses on the psychosocial impacts of modern office concepts, including open-plan workspaces and telework, on employee health and well-being. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Oslo (UiO) and a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School.
