Cathy Weber is a Professor of Practice in the Department of Accountancy & Taxation at the C. T. Bauer College of Business, University of Houston. She combines her academic expertise with extensive industry experience in the Financial Services sector.

Her research focuses on compensation and incentives, firm risk, and valuation strategies. Beyond academia, she enjoys reading and is an avid sports fan, particularly of soccer.
