Professor Cathy Lewin is a leading academic in the field of Education and Educational Technology at Manchester Metropolitan University, where she has been employed since 2001. With a background in mathematics and computer science, she transitioned from software engineering to educational research after completing her PhD at the Open University in 1997. Her work focuses on digital pedagogy, socio-cultural theories of learning, and the integration of technology in educational settings.
