Catherine Wilkins

Catherine Wilkins is a Lecturer in the Department of Humanities, History, Art, and Art History at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Her academic expertise bridges Art History and Modern German History, with a focus on cultural and social critique through visual narratives.

Research interests include cultural studies, visual analysis, and historical methodologies applied to postwar German societies.

She was awarded the Frei Universitat Berlin Exchange Fellowship (2005-2006), supporting her interdisciplinary research. Her teaching and scholarship reflect a commitment to understanding art as a medium for socio-political commentary.
