Catherine Logue

Catherine Logue is a Professor and Assistant Dean for Faculty Affairs in the Department of Population Health at the Poultry Diagnostic and Research Center. Her expertise spans food safety, bacterial pathogenesis in poultry production, and antimicrobial resistance. She holds advanced degrees in Food Microbiology and has over two decades of research experience.
