Catherine Higham

Catherine Higham is a Senior Policy Fellow at the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment, London School of Economics, where she coordinates the Climate Change Laws of the World project – the most comprehensive global resource on climate legislation and policy. She specializes in the intersection of law, human rights, and climate governance with a focus on corporate accountability and multi-level policy implementation.
