Catherine Hartman

Catherine Hartman is an Assistant Professor of Community College Leadership at North Carolina State University's Department of Educational Leadership, Policy, and Human Development. She also serves as a Faculty Scholar at the Belk Center for Community College Leadership and Research. Her work focuses on advancing equitable practices in community colleges through research on student persistence, transfer pathways, and leadership development.
