Dr. Diane Chapman is a Teaching Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership, Policy and Human Development at North Carolina State University (NC State), and Director of the Office of Faculty Development. Her career spans over three decades, combining academic leadership with extensive experience in program evaluation, instructional design, and workforce development. She has managed major initiatives such as the online M.Ed. and certificate programs in Training and Development at NC State (2002–2012) and previously served as Coordinator of Online Instruction at UNC-Chapel Hill’s School of Public Health.
