Catherine Flynn is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at Monash University, specializing in Social Work. As co-director of the Criminal Justice Research Consortium (CJRC), she focuses on marginalized youth, family violence, and parental incarceration. Her career bridges academic research with direct practice experience across Australia and Northern Ireland.
