Dr. Catherine Bagot is an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Glasgow's School of Cardiovascular & Metabolic Health. She is a consultant haematologist at Glasgow Royal Infirmary, specializing in haemostasis, thrombosis, and obstetric haematology. She co-leads Haematology Obstetric services in North Glasgow and investigates thrombin generation in pregnancy-related venous thrombosis and post-COVID-19 cardiovascular outcomes.

Articles: Her recent studies explore long-term cardiovascular effects of SARS-CoV-2 infection, socioeconomic disparities in post-hospitalization outcomes, and thrombotic risks in pregnancy. She also investigates outcomes of joint replacements in haemophilia patients.
