Kate Rigby is Professor and founding Director of the Research Centre for Environmental Humanities at Bath Spa University, with adjunct appointment at Monash University. Her research examines ecological dimensions of literature and cultural practice.
Primary research areas include environmental humanities, ecopoetics, and interdisciplinary responses to climate change and extinction events. Current projects investigate multispecies relations and religious dimensions of ecological crisis.
