Casey Henley

Casey Henley is an Assistant Professor and Head of Climbing & Skiing at SUNY Plattsburgh's School of Education, Health & Human Services, within the Adventure Sports & Expeditionary Studies Department. With over 30 high-altitude expeditions across all seven continents, he brings extensive practical experience in wilderness leadership and outdoor education. His teaching philosophy emphasizes remote mountain environments as transformative learning spaces, and he is recognized for his mellow, student-centered approach.
