Cary Roseth is a Professor of Educational Psychology at Michigan State University (MSU) in the Department of Counseling, Educational Psychology & Special Education, part of the College of Education. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota. His research focuses on social development, peer relations, and the impact of cooperative vs competitive learning environments on academic achievement and social outcomes. Roseth has held roles such as Department Chair and been recognized with awards like the Outstanding Contributions to Cooperative Learning Award (2015) and the MSU Teacher-Scholar Award (2013).
