Carver Mead

Carver Mead is the Gordon and Betty Moore Professor of Engineering and Applied Science, Emeritus at Caltech. A pioneer in VLSI design and neuromorphic engineering, his work laid foundations for modern computing and inspired generations of engineers and physicists.
