Carrie McAdams

Dr. Carrie McAdams is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at UT Southwestern Medical Center with tenure. She holds a BA in biochemistry and behavioral science from Rice University, a PhD in neuroscience from Baylor College of Medicine, and an MD from Baylor as well. Her research focuses on the neuroscience of mental illness, particularly eating disorders, using cognitive neuroimaging to study neural circuits linked to psychopathology.
