Carolyn Dayton, PhD, is an Associate Professor at Wayne State University's School of Social Work and holds a joint appointment as Associate Director of the Infant Mental Health Program at the Merrill Palmer Skillman Institute for Child and Family Development. She directs the Early Childhood Support Clinic (ECSC) at Wayne Pediatrics in Detroit, providing integrated mental, behavioral, and developmental care for children aged 0-5 and their families. With over two decades of clinical experience as a licensed social worker and psychologist, she is endorsed as an Infant Mental Health Mentor (MI-AIMH) in clinical practice and research.
