Carolyn Antoniou is a Lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) in the School of Nursing and Midwifery, affiliated with the Faculty of Health. With over 25 years of clinical experience in Regional Emergency Nursing and PACU, she specializes in nursing education, person-centred practice, and curriculum development. She created the subject 'Empathy and Compassion in Nursing Practice,' a Bachelor of Nursing course integrating industry expertise to foster empathic learning.
