Caroline Phelan is a Senior Lecturer at Flinders University’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences, with a clinical and academic focus on palliative care, end-of-life care, and pain management. A registered nurse, she brings expertise in critical care, emergency nursing, and clinical education to her roles as a researcher, educator, and project co-lead for End-of-Life Essentials, a Commonwealth-funded initiative aimed at improving hospital end-of-life care.
