Caroline Healy

Dr. Caroline Healy is a Senior Lecturer and Course Lead for the MA in Catholic School Leadership at St Mary’s University, London, where she also supervises doctoral students in the EdD program. She holds degrees from the Universities of Wales, Massachusetts, and Brunel. Her research focuses on Catholic education’s identity, leadership formation, policy reforms, and internationalization of higher education. She chairs the Catholic Association of Teachers and contributes to global initiatives like the Shepherding Talent Programme. Awards include European Commission grants and the Post-Doctoral Fellowship from Brunel University. Her work spans over 30 years across the UK, US, and Ireland, addressing topics like widening participation and transnational research collaboration.
