Virginia Healy-Tangney

Virginia Healy-Tangney is a Senior Lecturer in Managerial Communication at MIT Sloan School of Management and an affiliate of the MIT Leadership Center. She specializes in leadership communication, executive education, and interpersonal dynamics. Her roles include teaching core courses like Communication for Leaders and Advanced Leadership Communication for MBA students and Sloan Fellows. She co-created the MIT Leadership Center’s ID Lab (Individual Development and Interpersonal Dynamics), a flagship leadership development program for first-year MBAs.
