Court Chilton

Court Chilton is a Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management, specializing in leadership development, organizational change, and executive education. With over 20 years of experience, he has supported large organizations like GE Capital, Deloitte, and Novartis in achieving business results through learning, coaching, and systemic change initiatives. Prior to MIT, he served as Senior Vice President at The Forum Corporation, managing leadership programs and strategic client relationships worth over $20M.
