Caroline A B Redhead

Caroline Redhead is a Lecturer in Law at Manchester Law School, Manchester Metropolitan University. She holds a PhD in Palliative Care from Lancaster University (2020) and an LLM in Child Law from Northumbria University (2008). Her research examines law-ethics intersections in healthcare, particularly medical law, bioethics, and socio-legal responses to technological change.

Redhead leads research on donor conception ethics and pandemic healthcare ethics. Her work has informed NHS policy and parliamentary evidence. She is currently developing resources for donor-conceived families.
