Carolina Elices is a second-year PhD student and PartTime Lecturer in the Department of Literatures in English at Cornell University's College of Arts and Sciences, where she teaches courses including ENGL 1125: FWS: Climate Change and Communications for Fall 2025.

Her research centers on nineteenth-century British literature, specifically examining solastalgia, architectural conservation, and environmental conservation.
