Carole Winfield is an Associate Lecturer at the School of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences, Murdoch University, within the College of Law, Arts and Social Sciences. With 25 years of community development practice, her work focuses on Aboriginal relationship building, Reconciliation, and empowering non-Aboriginal individuals to 'do their own work' in this space. Her practice is deeply informed by her family's history of grassroots community impact, including her father's foundational role in the Mundaring Shire's first Men's Shed.
