Dr. Carole-Anne Senit is an Assistant Professor at the Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development, Utrecht University. Her research focuses on democratic legitimacy in sustainability governance, particularly examining citizen participation in global sustainability decision-making. She works within the ERC-funded GLOBALGOALS project, analyzing the steering effects of the UN Sustainable Development Goals on global governance inclusiveness.
