Dr Carol Smith is a Bicentennial Education Fellow at the Institute for Education, Teaching and Leadership (IETL) within the Moray House School of Education and Sport at the University of Edinburgh. She has extensive experience in primary education spanning over two decades, including teaching, management, and teacher induction roles in Scottish schools. Her academic roles include contributions to teacher training programs at the University of Stirling and her current focus on undergraduate and postgraduate primary education programs at Edinburgh.
