Dr. Carol Scotto is Assistant Professor at Ursuline College's Breen School of Nursing & Health Professions. With clinical expertise in critical care, she teaches undergraduate through doctoral levels and co-authored 'Ethical Decision Making in Nursing'.
Her research examines cardiac rehabilitation and nursing theoretical frameworks. She presents nationally at healthcare conferences and serves on the Ohio Board of Nursing Advisory Committee.
