Carol Schottenfeld serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Art at Rowan University's Ric Edelman College of Communication & Creative Arts. She earned her MFA from Penn State University and BFA from Rowan University. Schottenfeld specializes in printmaking and mixed media art, with her creative work examining the natural world, figure studies, and themes of depression, humanity, and creation.
At Rowan, she teaches printmaking, book arts, drawing, color theory, and art appreciation, focusing on expanding student access to printmaking techniques. Her artistic practice combines printmaking with other media to explore intricate relationships between nature, human emotion, and artistic expression.
