Carol Dweck is the Lewis and Virginia Eaton Professor of Psychology at Stanford University, with a courtesy appointment in the Graduate School of Education and membership in the Wu Tsai Human Performance Alliance. Her research integrates developmental, social, and personality psychology, focusing on self-conceptions, growth mindset theory, and their impact on motivation, self-regulation, and achievement.
