Carlos Rodríguez-Morcillo García

Dr. Carlos Rodríguez-Morcillo García is a Research Associate Professor at the Technological Research Institute (IIT), School of Engineering - ICAI, Comillas Pontifical University. He has been affiliated with the institute since July 2001 and conducts research in bioengineering and railway systems, while teaching courses in Electronics, Digital Electronics, Digital Signal Processing, and Industrial Communications Systems.
