Carloandrea Gadda serves as a Lecturer at the University of Eastern Piedmont, teaching in the Master's program in Digital Transition Management. With fifteen years of cross-sector business experience spanning Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Care across multinationals, consulting firms, and Italian SMEs, he brings practical leadership insights from managing international teams in Italy, Europe, the USA, India, China, and Thailand.

He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree with honors from the University of Brescia, complemented by an Executive MBA from MIP – Politecnico di Milano and a Leadership Program from MIB – Trieste School of Management.

His research integrates Organizational Behavior and Change Management with cutting-edge Coaching methodologies and Artificial Intelligence applications in HR.
