Caoimhe Kelly

Caoimhe Kelly is a designer, mentor, and educator affiliated with Central Saint Martins. She serves as a sessional lecturer at Ravensbourne and the FRA (Further & Higher Education) for courses including Business Management for Fashion, Digital Marketing, Project Management, and Buying & Merchandising. Additionally, she is a guest speaker at the University of Limerick on Product Design and Technology and an accredited founder/startup mentor with The Portfolio Collective.

• BDes in Industrial Design from NCAD, Dublin
• Professional Development Certificate in Fashion (Footwear) from Cordwainers College

Kelly began her career as a children’s shoe designer at Clarks and later held senior roles at Timberland, leading cross-functional global teams. Her current focus is on supporting footwear startups and SMEs with business development, product creation, supply chain, and sustainability strategies.
