Candy Rydlinski

Candy Rydlinski is an Adjunct Lecturer affiliated with the College of Fine Arts, Department of Music. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Oboe Performance from Cleveland State University and has taught at the Fairbanks Summer Fine Arts Camp since 1996.

Research and professional engagements include performance as Principal Oboist with the 76th U.S. Army Band (1982–1990), Anchorage Symphony (1990–present), Fairbanks Symphony Orchestra, and Arctic Chamber Orchestra. She also performs with the woodwind chamber group Chinook Ensemble and has participated in European tours.

Academic roles span her adjunct faculty position and summer camp instruction, with a focus on oboe performance and woodwind quintet collaborations.
