Can Akpınaroğlu

Can Akpınaroğlu is a Postgraduate Research Associate in the Department of Surgery at Yale School of Medicine, working under Dr. Sajid Khan. His research focuses on colorectal cancer biology, liver metastasis, and translational oncology, integrating multi-omic approaches with clinical outcomes. He contributes to molecular workflows including RNA isolation, biospecimen donation protocols, and sex-specific disparities in cancer prognosis.
