Cameron Peng is Assistant Professor of Finance at LSE's Department of Finance, specializing in asset pricing and behavioral finance. As a Research Affiliate at CEPR, he co-founded the London Behavioral Finance Group to facilitate collaboration among researchers in behavioral economics.
Peng's research examines how psychological factors and household decision-making processes influence financial markets, with specific focus on investor behavior anomalies, gender dynamics in financial bargaining, and yield-seeking strategies. His work combines theoretical models with empirical analysis of investor data.
Peng has received multiple awards for his research including the CFRC Behavioral Finance Best Paper Award. He currently teaches courses on Market Anomalies and Asset Management while supervising doctoral candidates researching neurofinance and artistic information processing.
