Cameron Norman is an Adjunct Professor at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto, and Principal of CENSE Research + Design. His interdisciplinary work combines psychology, systems thinking, and design to address challenges in health and human services. He develops frameworks for organizations to adapt programs to changing social contexts using complex systems analysis.
Education includes:
- B.A. (Honours) in Psychology from Canadian Mennonite University
- M.A. in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University
- Ph.D. in Public Health Sciences from University of Toronto
- M.Des. in Strategic Foresight and Innovation from OCAD University
His research examines how diverse entities interact within larger systems, emphasizing context-specific solutions that resist standardized approaches. Current projects focus on service redesign for non-profits and healthcare organizations through participatory research methods.
