Caleb Westby is a Lecturer in Music Technology at the University of California, Merced, within the Global Arts Studies Program of the School of Social Sciences, Humanities & Arts. He holds a Doctor of Musical Arts (D.M.A.) in Music Composition from the University of Oklahoma, alongside a Master of Music in Music Composition and a Bachelor of Music Education from Northern Arizona University.
