Dr. Caitlin Ryus is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Yale School of Medicine and Co-Director of the Yale Emergency Scholars Fellowship. Her work focuses on health equity, substance use disorders, and improving care for marginalized populations, particularly those experiencing homelessness. She earned a BA in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College, an MPH from Columbia University, and an MD from Brown University. Her research integrates community-engaged approaches with political epidemiology to evaluate health policies.
