Shaun Owens serves as Assistant Professor - Educator at the University of Cincinnati's Center for Organizational Leadership within the College of Arts and Sciences. He holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership/Organizational Development from Grand Canyon University (2019) and dual master's degrees in Business Psychology (2014) and Communications & Marketing (2013) from Franklin University.
His research examines the creation, development, and maintenance of High-Performance Learning Teams (HPLTs), with focus on intrapersonal dynamics and relationship structures within organizational environments.
